I went with Motto & Sons because their roofing crew works directly for them as their employees. Plus, there is an on-site Foreman who supervises the work. Top quality workmanship plus they managed the project well through several periods of rain and snow over a few days. They did not uncover more than they could install during these periods. Final product looks great, as do the new gutters and gutter topper. Would definitely use them again. Roof tear off, gutter replacement, added ridge vent, removed fireplace vent from basement and patched the hole… Plus they cleaned up the debris incredibly well.
