I had contacted them to install 2 light fixtures. The appointment was scheduled for 9am, Paul arrived close to noon. Upon his arrival, we discussed the work that would need to be done. One of the fixtures needed the drywall cut open to be installed flush/nicely. I was very clear I wanted the fixture to be flush/looked nice. No proposal or talk of $ before work was performed. Paul found me for payment without discussing that the work performed had deviated from the scope of work we had originally discussed. The stainless steel junction box was left visible; the fixture itself was wobbly and not secure.Felt like it would fall from the ceiling if I changed a light bulb. I had called to ask what happened, he said “he didn’t have the parts with him at that time”. No clear answer why the work was performed if the parts weren’t available or why I wasn’t notified of the situation. Was told “painting it would be easier on everyone” and he’d need to “look to see if he has any parts that might
