I had Horst, a salesman come out and give me an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very reasonable for price and I was getting the top of line system. I had a Armstrong modulating furnace and an Armstrong heat pump installed with a communicating thermostat. A team of three gentleman came on a Friday to install, Troy, Andy and Brett. they did an amazing install. Love the heat pump, haven't really had a chance to see furnace run too much but expect it to be quiet and very efficient. Would absolutely go to Burkhardt again! Thank you for a great system! My wife and I are new home owners. So, it was disappointing to hear that we’d need a new furnace and AC unit. Especially because we didn’t account for it. We are lucky to have called Burkhardt. Elliot, one of their sales reps, was able to set us up with a great financing package. When Troy and Andy (install team) showed up they worked diligently from 8 am to 3 pm to get the job done. All three guys were very professional. The install team left the place how they found it and were able to completely turn our new furnace around without any issues. Additionally, they worked to meet ALL of our little requests along the way. From our quote to install, everything took about a week and a half.
