The Technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable about my system. He was able to do an inspection and made recommendation along with price estimates. Due to an older system he did not have the parts on his truck but was able to order them and have them available in a few days. The estimated price and the final price were exactly as quoted. The entire team really knocked it out of the park with this! We hired Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating to convert our oil heating system to natural gas. From first contact & scheduling, to the estimated appointment, through to running the new gas lines and installation of the new furnace & boiler, this company went above and beyond to deliver quality service. Seriously, these guys worked through freezing cold, and massive rainfall and flooding, to make sure our home was warm and our new units working. They left my basement cleaner than it was before they got there! I will recommend this company to any and everyone. Thank you!
