My family has utilized Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating since the installation of our heating and cooling units. Always professional, always on time (if not early) Recently, our A/C not functioning up to par in the middle of the night. sent email and had a representative at our door by 10:00 A.M. Professional, friendly, communicated very expertly . Much appreciated! Thank you so much!
Today we had Steve out for a heating repair and he diagnosed the issue and was superb in his customer service as well. There was not a question when he asked if we wanted to sign up for an annual or multi year plan. We signed up today. Thank you Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating for EXCELLENT SERVICE. Also - the woman who took my service call this was genuine caring and fantastic as well.
I called to get a quote about getting HVAC into an unfinished attic. When I was on the phone to schedule, they offered a premium membership (something like $150 to join a network of trade professionals) and I declined but still scheduled the appointment. Three hours into the appointment window, they call to cancel. They said the technician is unavailable because s/he was injured at their other job and they cannot come today. The person said they are very booked up with "premium members" and did not offer to reschedule. I shouldn't have to be a "premium member" to pay for services especially if I'm paying $145 to get a quote and I didn't want to beg to reschedule so I'll just look elsewhere.
