Over the Top Roofing and Construction

Ben the Sales representative was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. The crew did a great job with the repairs and new gutter installation. I would of given them 5 stars but they need to improve on their cleanup after removal of the old gutters. I found 10 old gutter brackets and a handful of screws in the lawn, patio, driveway, and flower bed surrounding the house. I was most concerned about the screws which can end up in lawn tractor or car tires. Other than that a i'm overall pleased.

About 2 years ago I had my roof replaced with complete tear off and dimensional shingles looks beautiful. Got a great price and extra $500 off to have sign in yard for 1 month. 50 year warranty on shingles and lifetime in workmanship. Recently had a leak in my kitchen thru a light fixture above kitchen table on Sunday. I called Monday and they sent someone the same day. Guy was very professional diagnosed the problem (snow had blown up under the ridge vent and as it melted it ran down rafter to light fixture). Freak happening no leak in roof and that is common problem with ridge vents. Possible answer is roof rake the vent if snow accumulated there. Impressed with the fast response. Also when installed they did great job protecting ALL my wife's many flowers and clean up was superb. Bob Deck

This by far has been the best team I have worked with in the last 2 years. We have done a lot of projects in our house and Over the Top showed up when they said they would, they gave us very fair pricing, they cleaned up really well and had lots of great ideas and input. Our finished project looks great and really finishes the space. I wish we could have found Rick and his team sooner to do all of our projects. It feels good to find a contractor who does what they say they are going to do and does it right the first time!
