Spring of 2022 I had a chimney with bricks falling off, which was allowing water to get behind them and leak to the ceiling of my house. The decision was made between OTT and myself to tear down the chimney at the roof level and replace it with a B vent running to the peak of the house through the attic. The work was done timely and apparently professionally. The communication with their workers left something to be desired, but I got past that issue. This winter I noticed water seeping through the cleanout at the bottom of the chimney in the basement. As I have since found out, a flue liner should have been installed to prevent condensation from forming in the chimney and water leaking on to my basement floor and creating rust stains on the brick (see photo). EDIT 3/1/23: The company has contacted me and expressed an interest in fixing the work done by their employees. Over the Top did any excellent job repairing our roof after squirls got in. They did the job quickly and cut no coners. Very professional and I would recommend for other roofing jobs.

In my role as Operations and Maintenance Director, I've worked with several roofing companies over the past 20+ years.
