Jim and Kennedy were EXTREMELY responsive. I called on Saturday and they were out on Monday AM for a roof leak. Kennedy was nice enough to do a full roof inspection and video for us when we asked. Unfortunately, we needed an entire new roof. We have used this company before for another issue and were happy, so we moved forward without getting another quote (I usually always get 2-3 quotes for services). The next day, our roof leak became much worse. We called Jim and he was able to move things up and get us taken care of in a very quick manner. He really cared and explained things in a way we would understand. The team was large and professional. Everything was done within a day. They took care of our property. Our new roof really looks great and compliments our home nicely. He also recommended installing new attic vents. We are hoping this will help with our air conditioning costs in the summer. Energy Masters is the best! Jim was quick to respond when we called to set up an estimate for a new roof. The estimate was reasonable, and they got to work fast, even though they were super busy in the height of summer. The entire team was helpful, professional, and they’re all good people. Energy Masters did a roof on both our house and garage. In addition, the job included new vents on the roof and repair of area by the front gutter. Their crew did a wonderful job.
