Had an issue with a broken part in our toilet tank so we called for service, they came the next day and took care of it promptly. Rob was extremely helpful when it came to disconnecting and reconnecting our water heater/etc. during our drain tile being replaced. He was very kind to answer all my questions and made extra time for me when I asked if he could inspect some other plumbing concerns that I had. Jon and Chris also came to inspect our old existing drain tile and they were both very kind and informative. Hockers has been really great to us with all our basement issues!!! Highly recommend!!
