Riley and Ryan came over to install a brand new Central Air Conditioning unit and a new Furnace. They were both super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They explained everything to us in detail, and even went above and beyond and threw in a new cold air return vent in the basement to help circulate air. This is the third time I've used Hockers and they are amazing! We used them in the past for a water heater and for a toilet installation. Great company and staff. They offer some of the best products and warranties in the industry! Will absolutely be using them again for all of our needs.

Had an issue with a broken part in our toilet tank so we called for service, they came the next day and took care of it promptly. I needed a stack replacement in an older home. (This means replacing those large pipes in the basement that run floor to ceiling.) I called and was scheduled for the replacement in less than a week. Each time a service member was sent out I received a text that they were on their way with a picture of who to expect. Everyone that we dealt with was very kind, did a great job, and did not seem one bit bothered when I asked questions. Thanks Josh!
