Products used seem great so far. Instillation was fairly painless. I did have a outside wall light that was broken. The foreman let me know of the damage which was nice. The process of getting my light replaced by Erie Roof is a little confusing and concerning. During my initial conversations with Erie Roofing I was told that they don't subcontract out their work and that an Erie Roofing employee/crew would be installing my roof. When I contacted their office about my issue I was told that I have to work with the foreman/crew to get my light replaced. Maybe I am wrong but it seems as if they subcontract out. Erie did an amazing job on our metal roof. The sales team is professional. The installation team was quickly responsive to any concerns we had. The job was finished within a week, they had several repairs to fix and 2 days of rain. Overall the roof looks amazing and saving on electricity with keeping he upstairs much cooler.
