Erie Sales Persons inspected our roof and attic. They explained to me and my husband what they found in the attic and show us pictures of what they found on our roof. We were very impressed about what they showed us. We have had four roof contractors inspect our roof and they have never checked our attic and never checked our roof like Erie. The sales persons were very patience and understood what we wanted. They got our information in, got the material that we wanted and delivered it in about seven days, had it installed in a day and a half. The guys did a great job and a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend Erie to anyone that need a new roof on their home. Customer service employees was very helpful and patience with us. I was told by the salesman they would ENSURE(aka guarantee) proper attic ventilation. That seems to mean actual air flow would be achieved. After the install, I checked temperatures in the attic and they hadn't improved at all. When I emailed pointing this out I was told all they were responsible for was installing a ridge vent because the house already had soffit vents and if the soffit vents weren't working it was not their fault. It took longer to get this response than any communication before they get my money. I am now left to wonder what other lies I was told by this company while trying to get my business. I was very pleased with Erie homes because the salesman was knowledgeable the roofers were toand worked really hard to get our roof done.
