We recently had our house and garage re-sided by J&B Construction, and we are not at all satisfied with their work. They were timely in providing a quote, but that's about all we have been pleased with. Our other home projects were delayed because they completed the work in a far longer time than they told us. We were told the job would take a few days. Instead, it took 10 days. That's to be expected, I suppose, when the contractor team that was sent out was composed of two men at most who arrived late morning and left mid-afternoon. They did not clean up after the work was done, and we had to go around our property searching for loose nails in the grass and pieces of siding scattered everywhere. The contractors did not speak to us at all, so we had to reach out to J&B the day they left when we found poorly measured, overhanging corners that needed to be re-cut. Wonderful experience working with J&B on residing with LP Smartside, new roof,fascia,gutter, solar skylights,and soffit on our 25 year old ranch in Franklin. From my initial sit down with the owner, Scott Cline, talking with his daughter Allie and wife Wendy in the office, I could sense this was a company to do business with. My sense was confirmed meeting Tim, the foreman. But the real clincher was the workmanship of the 3 men who did the work, Derek, Tim, and Shane. They did an outstanding job and and knew what they were doing. I vetted this job with 3 other companies and don’t think the others could have done a better job.I am 100% satisfied with our project and recommend them without reservation.
