After waiting weeks for other contractors to get back to me, I continued my search and found Fantastic Services, LLC. I contacted Jose and he was at my home within a few hours. He was able to provide me with a fair assessment/estimate on my roof immediately. His professionalism was on display throughout the course of the job and I can't say enough about how prompt his communication is. He was informative and made me feel comfortable about my choices as I worked through decisions and battled with insurance conflicts. His team was respectful, skilled, and got the job done quickly. He familiarized himself with my situation and ensured I had a new quality roof installed in just a couple of days between Christmas and New Years. I have been VERY disappointed with the process of Fantastic Services. The communication was terrible – they would show up without any notice, even after I requested they just give me a day ahead notice. This was a major problem for me. The first project date, they gave me a Thursday date a week before. Then they showed up on Tuesday, which affected my work schedule as I had planned to work from home while they were there. They ripped up a lot more of my yard than they were supposed to, left rocks in the grass so I wasn’t able to mow the lawn, and the project was part done (which I was under the impression it would be done in one go, but I am not upset about that). Two weeks later he came to finish Wednesday, which is when we had to re-discuss the project as it was turning out different from what we discussed and pictures. Needed snow clearing in a pinch and Fantastic Services came to the rescue. Would use again and would recommend to people around the east side of Green Bay.
