I have been VERY disappointed with the process of Fantastic Services. The communication was terrible – they would show up without any notice, even after I requested they just give me a day ahead notice. This was a major problem for me. The first project date, they gave me a Thursday date a week before. Then they showed up on Tuesday, which affected my work schedule as I had planned to work from home while they were there. They ripped up a lot more of my yard than they were supposed to, left rocks in the grass so I wasn’t able to mow the lawn, and the project was part done (which I was under the impression it would be done in one go, but I am not upset about that). Two weeks later he came to finish Wednesday, which is when we had to re-discuss the project as it was turning out different from what we discussed and pictures. Our driveway and sidewalk was about 2/3 complete but then snow blowed over and covered. Called Jose in the late evening and, while I know he would have been willing to come over immediately, told him the next day would be soon enough. He came exactly on time and using both a blower and shovel (to get all the tire marks off of the driveway), he had it completely cleared in about 30 minutes and even salted the walkway to avoid it getting slippery. He was responsive, thorough and extremely professional. We will continue using Jose's snow removal for the remainder of this winter and just grateful we found him on Nextdoor. We have spring projects in mind he and his company can provide. Highly recommend this very hard worker!

After waiting weeks for other contractors to get back to me, I continued my search and found Fantastic Services, LLC. I contacted Jose and he was at my home within a few hours. He was able to provide me with a fair assessment/estimate on my roof immediately. His professionalism was on display throughout the course of the job and I can't say enough about how prompt his communication is. He was informative and made me feel comfortable about my choices as I worked through decisions and battled with insurance conflicts. His team was respectful, skilled, and got the job done quickly. He familiarized himself with my situation and ensured I had a new quality roof installed in just a couple of days between Christmas and New Years.
