Custom was able to fit me in with a same day appointment when my AC went out on the hottest day of the year. They were fast and got my house cool again. Tony is the man!
Their honesty was a breath of fresh air this day and age. I am over the moon happy with how helpful and responsive both the office and the install crew were. Of course it was the first cool day if the year and my furnace quit working. I was referred by a friend to call and got an immediate response. They fit me into their already booked schedule and showed up within a few hours. Great service! Most definitely recommend them for any of your HVAC needs. Now I’m super toasty and my furnace is nice and clean for the winter. I’ve already booked them for my spring AC system service!
