I didn't end up needing the help, but their responsiveness and willingness to come help same day, within 3 hours was extremely reassuring. Nobody else was able to schedule for the same day.
I called yesterday to afternoon because our basement sink from our laundry wasn't draining. I was able to make an appt for a 2hr window for today from 9a-11a. They were right on time and went right to work. We have a 100 year old home we recently bought so I was a little nervous about the workload/price. He unclogged our sink and was able to drain it into our floor drain - which was literally all the way across the room from the sink.
