Originally came into contact with this company after filing a claim through my home warranty company due to a water heater issue -T&P valve. Long story short, the company sent out someone who made the issue significantly worse. When they were contacted about the mistake only vague excuses were provided. They refuse to stand by their service or come back to correct a blatant mistake made by their employee.

Carl's was assigned a sump pump repair job via my home warranty company. Within a few hours of submission they contacted me to setup an appointment and they were at my home the next week to repair it. The job itself was completed wiithin 45 minutes of their arrival where they determined the pump motor failed, installed a replacement and tested water discharge to show me it was functional again. Used Carl's through our HSA warranty, they called within a few hours after our online request to set up an appointment for the next week to check on our sump pump that hadn't been running. He came within the given time frame, was very friendly, took the time to explain the issue (and fix it), and gave us tips on what to look for in a working sump pump. Thank you!
