Modern Exterior

I was referred to Modern Exterior by a friend and neighbor who hired them for a roof repair. They were very impressed with Tyler and satisfied with the quality of the work, so I decided to get a quote to install gutters around a bay window. Tyler was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The quote was reasonable and the work was started within a week or two. Tyler and his team worked very hard to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the job. They even came back after I had paid the bill to address a concern I had. Not many contractors would put in that about of time and effort to make sure a customer was happy (especially for a relatively small job and after the bill was already paid). I would recommend them without hesitation and would hire them again the next time we have a need. Service: Gutter installation

We called to get an estimate on siding for a house we were putting a offer on that was gonna need new siding. We got an estimate quick and it ended up being less than we were guessing! Unfortunately we didn't get the house. But we will be using them for siding and roofing when we do.

Charlie was excellent!!! He inspected the roof and said you need a replacement because of wind/storm damage. He also helped get the ball rolling on filing an insurance claim to cover the damage. He went over what was going to be done and the materials that was to be used. The roofers also did a great job installing the roof and cleaning the gutters. In addition, thank you Modern Exterior for the Gutter Guard install. Once the roof was finished, Tyler came to ask how everything went and explained what's covered. I definitely recommend Modern Exterior for any roofing job to be done. Keep up the good work and thank you again Charlie and Tyler for your help.
