COMMUNITY ROOFING SENT WORKERS OUT WHO WERE NOT VERY GOOD .THEY GUT CORNERS DIDN'T FINISH PART OF THE ROOF.A project manager was suppose to come out and supervise their crew.However this did'nt happen.When i called him to talk about the poor workman ship.The project manager never called.Left alot of debri on my property and alot of shingles were left in the gutter and also broke two of the down spouts.Nails everywhere and i got a nail in my tire which is going to cost me between $450-500 dollars.If you know what I know about community roofing you would'nt use them. We called to get an estimate on siding for a house we were putting a offer on that was gonna need new siding. We got an estimate quick and it ended up being less than we were guessing! Unfortunately we didn't get the house. But we will be using them for siding and roofing when we do.
Good News: They did some work...that deserves 2 stars Bad News: The work they did deserves 2 stars I am glad that everyone else had a great experience. That was not my experience with Modern Exterior. First, the appointment was scheduled at noon on Friday. The tech showed up at 3 pm. I requested a simple gutter repair. I was informed on the phone that the work seemed minimal; however, there is a minimal charge, so the tech would perform some maintenance, as part of the repair. I was really impressed...at first. The tech did the small repair, and probably did the maintenance on about 1/5 of the gutters. I saw the tech walk around the house looking up and the gutters and I recognized the look...it was time to start the weekend... actually, if he would have done good work on the simple gutter repair, I wod have been very satisfied without the "maintenance." Well, here I am...and the repair was insufficient. It has failed. I contacted the company...and, wait for it...they blamed "the trees
