We have been struggling to find someone to replace a bathtub cartridge and when we came here, the two men were extremely helpful, educated, and nice. Plan to return when we have anymore plumbing issues :)
I am not great with plumbing. But when I have a plumbing problem hese folks are helpful, always have an answer , will walk me through the repair And more than anything else they are patient and willing to help a novice. I love this store!
I don't hand out 5 stars easily, or readily. After all - nobody is perfect - however, this establishment thoroughly deserves them, and I haven't even picked up my purchase! I visited the store, then made calls to them, they were patient and understanding which is what this senior citizen needs, because I know nothing about what I'm shopping for! Who knows toilets, unless your a plumber. Don't hesitate to visit or call them...just the greatest!!!!
