Nimmer HVAC quoted me a good variety of quality furnaces sized for my home. Their install crew (Mike, Robert, and Pat) were all friendly, skilled, and efficient. They showed up on time and got my job done. Their office staff is also helpful and easy to deal with. They even submitted all the paper work for my Focus on Energy rebate!!! Nimmer is excellent. As part of a remodel, I had them remove and reinstall some radiators. From the initial call and estimate to the completion of the project, they provided top quality service with great staff. Technicians Pat and Joe in particular deserve to be recognized for their outstanding work. Not only did they go above and beyond what job required, they were friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and shared best practices for maintaining my heating system. Excellent customer service! I worked with Beth and Melinda in the office and they were just fantastic to work with and great follow up to coordinate my appointments.
