My complaint is in the pricing. We bought into their 3 year service plan for heating, cooling, and plumbing, costing us $500. Twice, upon the semi annual inspection of our furnace, we were told some minor part needed replacement at $200 a pop even though everything was working fine. Then, late this October, a pipe sprung a pinhole leak. We were just getting ready to leave on a trip. My husband wanted to fix it but with time constraints we called them. Even with our service contract, the tech couldn’t come until the next day. When he arrived, he shut off the water, removed two laundry hoses, valves, and nipples and plugged the pipes, then turned the water back on. This cost us $450 for 30 minutes of work! We had an emergency. We called, and they took down our address. They then determined we were outside of their service area and never notified us, leaving the issue for another full 24 hours before we finally received notice. Giving 3/5 stars because idk if their service was good, but the admin side was absolutely a 1/5.

They had to come and replace our backup battery last July. It's already malfunctioning and of course I'm being charged a $170 fee just for them to show up. I will be looking for a new company who has more interest in being a long term contact for plumbing and heating issues at my home.
