We hired them to replace the shut off valve for our outdoor water spigot two years ago. When we turned on the valve this spring it had a massive leak from where the pipes were soldered. When we called them to repair the leaky pipe they wanted to charge us a minimum of $175 for a service fee. We feel that they should have repaired the leaky soldering for no charge because a soldered pipe should last much longer than two years before it leaks! Because of the poor quality of the work and the fact that they do not stand behind their work we will never hire this company again! Service: Plumbing fixture installation
Benicio was upfront and honest, easy to work with and did great quality work. He made sure I was comfortable and informed with all work that was to take place during my sump pump install and answered my questions along the way. I would highly recommend Benicio and Hartlaub Services.
