Last year Infinity replace a small piece of trim on my house. I was surprised when they called me this year to let me know many in my area have had roof issues from a hail event. They came out at my convenience and inspected my roof. When they found issues they worked closely with my insurance company to get a claim filed. I was impressed with their flexibility in scheduling and payment around my insurance companies processes. The teams that came out were very friendly, accommodating, and respectful of my property. We are very happy to have chosen Infinity for our roof and siding. Brent was not only very knowledgeable about the materials but was most kind, understanding and most of all very patient. We felt no pressure in making our decision. He was in constant contact with us during the whole project. When the time came to initiate our projects, JR, the supervisor, was very professional and kind and made sure that everything was up to par. Had a really great experience with these guys. They recommended a mason to rebuild my chimney Ben. He did an absolutely awesome job. Chimney looks perfect. Highly recommend him and will be saving his info for any future masonry work. And then the rest of the roofing crew and the roof tear off and replacement was flawless as well. Super fast, friendly crew. Had everything cleaned up and done in one day. Top notch work all around.
