Just had my first meeting with Patrick. He performed the inspection of roof and siding. Gave me all options. I had a very strict budget to work with and he found a way to complete 2 much needed projects within that budget. Went above and beyond for me. So appreciated. I am so excited about the upcoming project. I will review again when project is completed.
I reached out to Guardian for a roof replacement estimate. I had already received a number of quotes from other roofing companies and had "sticker shock". Guardian came out and inspected my roof and recommended that we use their roofing treatment since the shingles were still intact. This was about half the cost of the lowest estimate I received. They showed me samples of treated shingles and demonstrated how durable they were in comparison to new shingles. That sold me on the product. The work was completed and the roof looks like it was replaced and it is more durable than new! I was given a project manager during the process and had his direct cell number. My house was built in 1908 & presents...unique challenges whenever working on it. This project was no different. I'm very glad I hired Guardian for the task. Guardian did not have the lowest bid for the project (2 others were lower) but they did have Keith. Keith is a project manager & he started with a very thorough examination. The exam started with a drone flyover - very cool but more importantly it showed a detailed condition of the exterior of the roof. Keith then went in the attic to exam the rafters & decking. This resulted in a detailed plan for the project. This is important because it insured that there would be no "surprises" (costing more $) once the project was started. The quote given to me at the beginning did not change midstream. It was readily apparent that the work was being performed efficiently by professionals in a timely manner. Once the project was complete I expected to have residual cleaning to perform. It was a pleasant surprise to find this was not the case.
