Mark Schneider Plumbing

I have had excellent work done by Mark Schneider plumbing in the past. I would have liked to consider them my go-to plumbing company, however, my last plumbing problem proved that I can't depend on them for timely service. After calling twice over a period of three weeks and being told that they would call me back, they did not return my calls. They led me to believe that they could respond but they did not. I ended up fixing the problem myself. They must be really busy. My rating would have continued to be 5 star if they had just told me that they were too busy to respond to my requests.
