I had a great experience with Carl and his team, as I needed their help fixing damage from a large tree that fell on my house. Within a day of contacting him, he came out to assess my roof damage and from there on out continued to be quick and reliable with updates, calling me on a daily basis with updates on the project. I had Carl replace my roof and gutters. The roof is more complicated than some, with multiple ridges and valleys. Carl came out and gave a fair assessment of the roof condition and how he planned to tackle the project, providing a quote quickly. He was able to perform the work within a couple weeks of signing the contract. His crew made short work of the job, and left the site clean. After the job was complete, I noticed a minor ding in a fascia board. I mentioned it to Carl and he had a guy out the next day to fix, good as new! Great roofer with honesty and integrity.
