I normally wouldn't do this but Scott left me no choice. I got an estimate from him that was so extremely high compared to my neighbor. They did a fast good job so I thought I'd try as well. The estimate I received my WAY high. I contacted him about it and he ignored me. Then his ads kept popping up on my timeline and I gave and honest response. He blocked me. So. Make sure he's not trying to rip you off as he was with me before you accept his bid. So Zero customer service. I can only imagine if I needed warranty work.
Crew as able to rip and replace roof in one day. Roof looks great and they were on site from 7am when they began to remove snow until 7:30 pm when they finished with cleanup. Highly recommended! Service: Roof installation
Scott and his team were great to work with. The price was very competitive and the roof was replaced in a single day and looks great! The owner stopped by to make sure everything was going well and followed up to make sure we were happy. I have already recommended Craftsman to neighbors.
