Impressive customer service and response time. It was a holiday weekend and my AC needed to be diagnosed and repaired before Monday. It was Saturday morning and I left a message on the emergency line. Within thirty minutes the owner, had called me back and arrived at my place and by another thirty minutes the repair was done! We have used OK Heating for multiple projects in our home. We recently had to replace our air conditioner. Prior to replacing it, they came out and were able repair and get 3 more years out of our old one (They did not push a new one right away). And when our AC finally did die after 30 years, we called OK and they were out right away, made an awesome recommendation for a new unit and had it installed within a week. Installation was on time and all employees were very professional. We highly recommend O K in Verona!
