Storm Guard Roofing and Construction

We have used Storm Guard for our personal house for roofing and recently, new siding. We have also used them for some investment properties. They are absolutely great to work with! They communicate clearly throughout the process. No waiting and wondering if or when they will show up like most contractors. They advised us when the materials were ordered, when they came in, and when they would start our project. The crew they sent were so nice, even bringing us homemade lunch when we complimented their work! Ryan E. is great to work with, and we will not hesitate to use them again. Beautiful work.

I hired StormGuard for a complete siding replacement in August 2022 and was quoted 6 weeks to completion. They were not on property until 10 weeks. The team was on my property for about 2 weeks. I cannot recommend this company for many reasons. I'm not sure if my job wasn't big enough for them to prioritize, too far away from Madison, or what exactly but I've been disappointed in my experience. I paid more for a company that I thought was professional and what I received was less so. -I was told they'd be able to sand down my wooden storm windows in order to wrap them. This was discussed during the quote process. When the time came, they didn't put my windows back in and just left them in my yard. They then tried to charge me for the job. Finally they did them, but it felt like an inconvenience to them. -The same thing happened with my stained glass windows. They had a protective outer window covering them that wasn't put back in after the job was completed. I had to ask for them to co

Storm guard did the roof on my 100 year old home less than a year ago. All my interactions with staff at every level were excellent. They spent a lot of time on the front end explaining the how’s and why’s of putting on a new roof. They even had an awesome video and power point showing every step of the process. Everything went smoothly except the weather (rain and snow) caused the job to be more difficult than it should have been. Not storm guards fault. They followed up with me this spring to make sure I was totally satisfied. After a closer look from the attic side we found an area of concern. It’s a 100 year old house and unexpected things do happen whenever we do repairs etc..Most important to us is their professional, prompt response. They sent a carpenter out right away who touched things up beautifully.
