AJ was the tech that came out for our A/C tune up he was excellent very pleasant very patient very informative he showed me how to set the humidifier and A/C control after he left I could feel a big difference in my breathing / health wise my home cooling system was much better the service he gave was excellent. We received a wonderful experience, Jason our Sales representative did a great job going over our options to pick out the best furnace and AC for our house. Jason listened to out needs, moving up our appointment due to our old furnace breaking down, he provided heaters through the Thanksgiving holiday and kept us comfortable until the new furnace was installed. The installers did a quick and wonderful job removing the old furnace and AC and installing new, and cleaning up after install. They went over how to work the new Thermostat and basic care of the New furnace and AC. The New Furnace is very quiet compared to the old one we had. Over all we were Very Satisfied and Highly recommend this company.

Paul came and explained the different products and options that would work for our house and was very fast responding to questions. I felt I got a great price on a complete system including a new humidifier and UV air cleaner - huge in the age of covid! Steve and Andrew had the old system out and the new units installed in less then a full work day. They took the time to show us how to service the furnace, and answered all our questions about when to run the humidifier and how to shut down the AC for the winter. They even moved our thermostat to a more central location so it's readings wouldn't be thrown off by 'solar loading,' making the whole house more comfortable.
