AJ was the tech that came out for our A/C tune up he was excellent very pleasant very patient very informative he showed me how to set the humidifier and A/C control after he left I could feel a big difference in my breathing / health wise my home cooling system was much better the service he gave was excellent. I worked with Paul who was great in taking the time to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure everything was taken care of and even offered to help remove a 'weed tree' for me on where the a/c unit would go. The installation team was timely and professional as well and helpful with any questions I had the day of. I was surprised at how fast I was able to get the installation in and how quick they were.
