I recommend this company for everyone and I strongly recommend Dom Stevenson to be the guy who guides you through the process. I received the best customer service from Dom that I have ever had. When he came to inspect my roof he was professional and very good at explaining the process. There were no questions I asked that he couldn't answer. Throughout the entire process he was available through text or phone call. Even now, a month after the job was completed, he has been available for random questions. He was also punctual with time. Him and his crew were at my house for two hours waiting for the insurance adjuster to show up and they never did. When it was time for the job, he made sure I knew what day and time the crew would be there. Afterwards, when another rep from the company had done an inspection, (with a drone, never got on the roof) Dom came down, did a physical inspection, found some issues and had the crew come back out to correct it. The salesman followed up and discussed different roofing materials and warranties. He gave me options and worked with me through email because my schedule was busy to pick the roofing. They were very busy and explained when they would do the job. The roofers showed up on time and completed the job same day. My salesman and Lindsay followed up with me on satisfaction. Jacob Lutz, was my salesman. He was extremely helpful with me and my roof. He also in a very difficult time as my grandmother passed, helped my grandfather who is 90. He worked with his insurance company to get him full approval on three structures on his property. He is also now helping five of my neighbors. I work for a construction company as a project manager.
