Can't say enough good things about this business! The person I spoke with while scheduling was very nice and had me scheduled that same week. The technician took care of my problem quickly and was kind, professional, on time, and answered all of my questions too! I'll definitely be working with this business again in the future.

Our technician was Daniel Marks. He was very professional and polite. He explained the issues my unit had and the issues an old unit may face. Needed in-between seasonal service for AC filter. My tenants on-site have several animals and the filter needs changing more than 2x a year. Previous tech had told him filters could be purchased at Lowe’s or other big box store, and he could do the change out as needed. When we bought the system, I was unaware the filter is directly on the unit under the house, instead of at the air return hole in the floor inside the house. Nor was I aware of the great cost of the replacement filter, $212! I would have asked for something different. The tech called back and said the filter would be only $99, since we had the extended maintenance warranty. That is still a lot of money. I need to find out if this is something we can do ourselves between the scheduled maintenance times with purchased filters. Or if there is something we can do in the house to cut down the amount of animal hair getting sucked in (besides getting rid of the dogs,). Services: A/C system maintenance, Cleaning, A/C filter rep
