Our serviceman, Gage, was very professional, competent and polite! He answered all of our questions, fixed our AC and recommended products that would help save us money in the future. Tech was not on time, but there was a perfectly fine explanation for it. It's also the service industry. Sometimes a service call takes longer than initial guestimation goes. Other than that, the service was reasonably priced, and quickly installed. The employee was professional, and was in and out in less than an hour. Service: HVAC system repair
It took a couple of days, but the wait was worth it. They were very thorough and ran everything by me on how exactly how they were going to run everything, and also took a lot of my input into consideration. They were very polite and knowledgeable. The only thing that needs improvement is the scheduling feature they have, I kept having to correct the text system they send out. They would always give me a wrong date, but the installers were top notch.
