Freedom has been very responsive and upfront about the service calls and the steps needed to replace my compressor. They helped me beat the heat and stay cool when it was 96 out. Overall very good but later I found out that for $15 (maybe $20-30 based on company) capacitor I was charged close to $300 (of course it included labor cost). Again, overall Excellent service especially technician Tanner was GREAT. I will call them again; however, will double check price. Thanks for service!!
