If I could rate this experience with no stars I would. I called Mr. Sparky hoping for reasonable and professional help fixing an issue I had with several outlets not working in my home. I had recently replaced all the outlets and switches in my condo and when I discovered I had several that didn’t work, I called a “professional” with the hopes they could remedy my issue. After my service provider (who’s name I will not provide for the sake of their career) arrived, they fiddled around for a few minutes and came back with the ultimatum that the only way to fix my issue was to completely replace every outlet and switch in my home AGAIN. Not only that, but they told me that the service would cost me almost FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. I genuinely felt like I was speaking with a salesman more than electrical professional.
