I understand the process of an appt for a quote, but for the job and what I emailed pictures to the person I scheduled, we could have saved time with an estimated quote over the phone. $650 to hang a light fixture and $200 to carry a ladder in the house is excessive. The process for hanging a light in a new house by looking at the electrical panel, removing an electrical panel and inspecting all electrical boxes and HVAC for a membership quote and indicating the panels were installed incorrectly, needed surge protectors, etc, was a little over the top for hanging a light fixture. 1. Address was written incorrectly from the initial phone call. Tech couldn’t find the house, even though I was on the phone and waving him down. 2. The up sell process and not the intent for the appointment was an overkill. They should have shown up with the correct ladder and help to get the job done vs have to reset the appt to install. Overall, the appointment was an overkill and a waste of time.

I requested an estimate for a couple of items in my home not working. The technician checked those items and informed me of the problem, explained that he could do the necessary work.
