Banks Quarles Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical

Had a plumbing issue that they came out in January to look at. And I'm not faulting the technician, but he couldn't find anything wrong, so paid him money for literally nothing to get fixed. Two months later, the same issue happens again. Call to set up an appointment, explain the issue, have an appointment booked. The owner of the property has driven two hours to be here for the appointment to oversee it and make sure everything's okay. Get a call that the technician has been dispatched to my property. Literally less than 10 minutes later, they call and say they can no longer come service me because they don't service "condos." Well, I don't live at a condo, they literally came here two months ago and provided service and knew the full details of the situation when this appointment was booked this time. Offered no help, solution or compensation after wasting our time and are still stuck with a plumbing issue. So, PSA, don't book Banks Quarles if you live in any type of condo, apartmen
