Prices are high, but Chris was professional and knowledgeable. This little part went bad on a ceiling light.
Chris was professional and courteous. He diagnosed and resolved a complex electrical issue that affected multiple areas of our home. The result was having the power to plugs and lights in various rooms of our house restored and correcting a previous issue that led to those failures.
We purchased an older home built in 1960 and noticed a few issues after moving in. I thought we may have had a leak and we also needed someone to look at our HVAC because condensation was on one of our vents dripping down the wall. From the moment that I called, to the moment that the service guys left, we were treated very well! We had Andrew and Nick come out for each issue and both were so nice and helpful. Andrew looked at what I thought could be a leak behind a wall but nope, he said it could possibly be the window above that needs to be resealed. And Nick was so great! The humidity in our home is gone and he was super thorough and fixed our issue. I couldn't recommend these guys enough! Service: HVAC system maintenance
