Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Called for sewer backup on Saturday night round 7 pm because it said 24/7. Got appt for Monday. The gentleman was very nice, explained everything and took his time with service. Price was high, but did get coupon discount. They also camera the area and wanted me to spend double thousands of dollars for pipe reroute. Services: Toilet repair, Sewage cleanup

Had a backup in the house. Called Roto Rooter and they had a plumber at the house in 1 hour. Very polite and helpful. Completely satisfied. Service: Drain cleaning

I used roto-rooter for a Hot water heater inspection. The technician came out and and looked at my heater. He first noticed the 6 year warranty sticker on the unit and took a picture of it then ask how old was the unit. I said 7years old. I could tell he immediately wanted to say the unit was old and needed replacing by him shaking his head. He proceeded to look as if he was testing the unit . I'm not sure did he or not. 10 mins later he gave me an estimate of over $2,000.00 to buy and have a new unit installed. He said all the electrical parts was working properly and it had build-up in it. I totally disagree because my husband had changed out all the elements before the technician arrived. We bought a new unit from Lowes from his evaluation and installed it. Hot water still did not cone out. We talked to another technician outside of this company and he suggested we change the breaker. This replacement provided use with hot water. In conclusion the technician inspection was not vali
