Another great PM service. The tech was extremely professional and thorough on this PM service. He explained everything he went through and any potential issues.
We received wonderful same day service from David when our compressor quit working this week. He was thorough in checking out our complete system, and provided an honest appraisal of our current though 18 year old heat pump. He was able to diagnose the problem and get the unit operating again and stayed till after hours to confirm it would continue to work. He was on time, professional, and offered to give us quotes on a new system when we requested it without making us feel we had to make any immediate decisions. We would highly recommend P and D HVAC to anyone needing expert service for their HVAC systems. Nicole in the office was very helpful in getting us a same day appointment during a heat wave when our unit had been out since the evening before.
