Purchased new system 2 years ago for 12k from this company to cool 3000 squ ft. home. Already not working and charged us 700 to diagnose and fix the issue still under warranty. 24 hours later it quit working again! 80 degrees inside! Do not recommend this company! Tech came back 1 week later admitting he failed to add refrigerant the last time. Seriously? 1 month later... system continues to not work properly! No one followed up from management to "make things right" as promised. Kristen never returned calls to ensure our account was reconciled with our warranty. Do Not Use This Company! Now they are pushing plumbing services? Are you kidding? Perhaps they should concentrate effort on getting the AC business right first! ???? Set at 68...it's 81 degrees inside at 8:43 p.m.
We called Airco late at night and we had our repair in under 18 hours. I didn’t write down the name of the person who answered my call but she was courteous and understanding of our situation. Our technician, Buster, did an amazing job! He was kind, courteous, and thorough. Our AC unit is working BETTER than it has in the eight years we have owned this home. We are very appreciative! We have had other companies make things more stressful than the heat, but Buster saw the problem and fixed it even better than we knew it could work. Though I always hope to never have problems, I know they are inevitable, and we will certainly be calling Airco next time. Thank you! Service: Repair HVAC
Patrick was great. He answered all my questions thoroughly and managed to crawl into one of the worst placed attic access holes I've seen. The best part is the working AC, of course.
