Five Guys Roofing

5 Guys did the roof on my 17 sq ft commercial building, with a 10 year warranty. There was an initial leak that I was told to fix myself because it was a roof vent and not covered, whatever. Now just one year later the roof work is cracking in multiple locations and I have a horrible leak. I contacted them a month ago to come fix it and I am STILL waiting. Guess what, rain forecasted tomorrow. I’m so upset because I know that they are making money installing new roofs for other customers while I will be dealing with more water damage to my building, wishing I choose another company to do business with. When the roof leaks, it also damages my ceiling. Since it’s the weekend, now I have to go to work and place buckets where the roof is leaking. That’s just stupid, it’s been a month. Since the 5 guys work did not even last 1 year, I foresee 9 more years of chasing them to come patch their work over and over again. I recommend looking for a company who will honor their warranty in a timely

Five Guys has been my vendor of choice for roof repairs at commercial properties I manage. Cesar and Martin completed repairs for me at two separate buildings on the same day. We had some access issues and rather than leave the job to reschedule, they inquired with a tenant and waited for management to let them in so the work could be completed as anticipated.
