So glad to have found this company after a lot of shopping around. I have a home addition / remodel project starting soon. I needed to get things lined up in advance for a multitude of reasons, mainly due to supply chain issues and the fact that so many companies are busy these days. That said, I was ghosted by four other companies before being contacted by Air & Water Mechanical. I explained to them up front that I was setting things up in advance and that my project was starting in a few weeks. They had no problem giving me an estimate and understanding my situation. They have been friendly, prompt and professional handling my project so far. Other companies wouldn't even return calls after I told them up front what was going on. I will update after installation, but so far I'm impressed ... stick with the family owned businesses, much better response.
Technicians were courteous and did an amazing job explaining the condition of my ducts and unit. This company installed my new Trane unit approx 10 months ago and they were amazing then also. Would highly recommend this company! Services: Heating system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent cleaning
These guys are fantastic!! They repaired our upstairs AC and installed a new motor for our upstairs heater. Very quick response times, they got out to us quickly and were extremely professional and polite!
