I hired Sam Eid of Pro West Roofing to install a new roof on our house. Our ask wasn’t easy. We had inquired about installing concrete shingle on about 65% of our roof and standing seam metal on the other 35%. We were wanting a modern, unique look that we’ve seen done on newer builds. Sam was very willing to tackle the project and did so with professionalism. He was on site regularly inspecting work and was very responsive to any questions or challenges that came up throughout the project. Sam is a first class guy and I would hire him again. Very pleased with the new roof, and the work that was done. The project manager, Tyler Campbell, made the process so easy by working with the insurance company and keeping the project moving. The roofing crew showed up early and stayed into the evening finishing in one day. Everyone was very professional and did excellent work. At the start of tear off of old roof, I had visions of flat tires in my future, but because of the great job by the ground crew, I have not found a single nail or piece of debris in the yard or driveway. Anthony helped put me in an insurance claim after a storm damaged the roof. He was very knowledgeable, had the best customer service and actually cared about getting me a new roof more than I would have ever expected from anyone. He and the build team were incredible every step of the way. The roof looks perfect and all of them really took pride in their work. Appreciate all their help and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof.
