My wife, Molly, and I had a fantastic experience with ProWest Roofing. Our original roof had been severely damaged during a hail storm. Mitch worked directly with the insurance company and 3rd party claims adjuster and got us the money to pay for it. He and Chad were extremely consultative throughout our decision-making process. We’re big on sustainability and they helped us evaluate a recycled rubber product that we absolutely love. We went with a ridge vent system for great air flow. They brought in one of their installation crews from several states away who had the most experience with the product to ensure the highest quality result. And throughout the process, they were accommodating of all of our last-minute changes from deciding to replace some facia boards to securing special skylights to rerunning bathroom fan ductwork so that the vents were less visible to upgrading HVAC lines. Anthony helped put me in an insurance claim after a storm damaged the roof. He was very knowledgeable, had the best customer service and actually cared about getting me a new roof more than I would have ever expected from anyone. He and the build team were incredible every step of the way. The roof looks perfect and all of them really took pride in their work. Appreciate all their help and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof.

They answered all my questions and took care of everything insurance had questions on. They answer all calls or texts in a very mannered time. James our project manager was a boss. He came to the house and monitored his guys working. His guys are super nice and are hard working. Our roof has completely changed our houses look and curb appeal. You on the fence about getting your roof done, talk to James he will absolutely make you feel valued and have all your concerns washed away from your mind. Will 110% be using them for any future jobs.
