I hired Sam Eid of Pro West Roofing to install a new roof on our house. Our ask wasn’t easy. We had inquired about installing concrete shingle on about 65% of our roof and standing seam metal on the other 35%. We were wanting a modern, unique look that we’ve seen done on newer builds. Sam was very willing to tackle the project and did so with professionalism. He was on site regularly inspecting work and was very responsive to any questions or challenges that came up throughout the project. Sam is a first class guy and I would hire him again. They answered all my questions and took care of everything insurance had questions on. They answer all calls or texts in a very mannered time. James our project manager was a boss. He came to the house and monitored his guys working. His guys are super nice and are hard working. Our roof has completely changed our houses look and curb appeal. You on the fence about getting your roof done, talk to James he will absolutely make you feel valued and have all your concerns washed away from your mind. Will 110% be using them for any future jobs.

I saw Mitch Levy and Andrew Maddox inspecting my neighbors roof after a bad hail storm in October '22. I invited them to take a look at my roof as well. They quickly determined that I had damage also. I requested an estimate and had one the next day. When the insurance adjuster inspected the roof, he spent less than a minute before he said he'd cover the entire job. I knew then that Mitch and Andrew knew what they were talking about. The project went fairly seamlessly. They did all the leg work with the insurance company and the entire job, including replacing 40 sheets of plywood, was completed in 2 days after it was started. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the finished product. They kept me up to date with the progress of the job every step of the way.
