The roof of my home in Scottsdale, Arizona sustained significant damage from a hailstorm in the fall of 2022. One of my neighbors had a similar experience, and they chose Titan Roofing & Construction to do the necessary restoration of their roof. My neighbor was very complimentary of the job Titan did. So, I asked a Titan roofing expert to check out my roof for comparable damage, and he took several photos, which showed the damage to my roof. I contacted my insurance company, and they sent an inspector to examine my roof. The Titan representative came to my house and met with the insurance adjustor to determine what was necessary. It helped that the Titan representative had worked as an insurance adjustor earlier in his career. The resulting determination was that I needed a complete roof replacement, including new underlayment on the entire roof. I highly recommend Titan Roofing. Lindsey Deering was the Project Manager for my roof replacement. Lindsey and Johnny Lawrence (the owner) both worked tirelessly with the insurance company so the roof replacement was covered and the claim was completed. It took a while because the insurance company was slow in responding, but they persevered. As for the roof replacement itself, the roofing team was on time, performed great work and did a great job cleaning up.
