HR Roofing Solutions

We had HR Roofing Solutions came to do our house after bring suggested by our relator. At the time, there was no leaking but we had been told by our inspector the roof had been put in incorrectly and would need to be fixed. After the crew came out, we began to have major water damage on the ceiling where they had fixed the roof. We asked for it to be fixed and it was. Except the next time it rained, there was even more damage. The ceiling was peeling off. We asked for it to be fixed again and the rep told us he wasn't sure what was going on. They "fixed" it for a third time. After yesterday's storm the roof is now leaking in a second place with the ceiling coming apart. I will not be calling again as I have totally lost faith in the company. My roof has been leaking since the summer with no solution. In fact the work done has made the leaks significantly worse. My parents died and I needed a new roof to be able to close on their property. They advertise that they are a Veteran owned business and give Veteran discounts, however, I did not see that. I originally got a bid from them and they kept saying I had a flat portion on my roof. I don't have a flat portion it is a metal patio cover. After a few emails they then informed me that they did not go to the property, but used a satellite image. I received a bid from a very reputable company that I used for my home, but they are not available until June. I have to close on my parents house in less than 10 days. When I asked if they would match this other company the only response I received back was, "I am not able to match their price." The difference was $600 dollars. He knew I was a retired Combat soldier with more than 20 years in the Army, but yet he couldn't match a competitors price that was only $600 dollars less?
