Dependable and honest. I have used Hilco for years. Recently the air circulation fan for inside the house failed. While doing the work, the Hilco tech noted a problem with the original installation of the heat pump (done by a Company other than Hilco). The main sheet metal duct for the cold air return was obviously not properly sealed off from the outside air intake portion of the ducting. In other words, the hot outside air was therefore able to mix with the cold air generated by the A/C unit .... OMG !! I expect that my electricity bill will be reduced this summer.
