We have used them for two repairs now. Happy with the quality of work. At times feels like they are a bit slow to communicate but it may be because they are a smaller company. Other than that we recommend them to all who ask us.
I was in a hurry to replace my roof because Tesla solar was installing my system and had moved up my installation date. Pinnacle was able to bump up my roof installation a few weeks in order to accommodate my solar install. I really appreciated this. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional.
