We are very satisfied regarding our experience with Brown Roofing. They performed a roof replacement for us - basically taking the roof down to the plywood and replacing everything except reusing tiles that were still in good shape. From the initial meeting and quote to the scheduling and performing the work, everyone we dealt with was conscientious and professional including the office staff and installers. The quote we received was competitive, and the quality of work appears to be very good. The installation process and material were explained to us in detail, and the process went exactly as described: it started on the day they told us it would and took 4 days to complete as advertised. We had Brown Roofing replace our shingle roof about two years ago, and from start to finish, everything went great. Two years later and they took care of us on patching areas after having some AC work done and the old swamp cooler taken out. They made everything match and looks great. Very satisfied.
