Jeff called ahead to see what type of needs we had and to let us know the approximate time he would be here. He also called when he was on his way. We had just bought a park model and needed to replace the tub drain and tub faucet. My husband couldn’t get the tub to seal and after 4 attempts we called Cactus Plumbing. They also had trouble but Fred was able to finally figure out a way and did an excellent job. We also had him install the new bathtub faucet since he was here doing the tub. Called Cactus plumbing in an emergency situation (sewer line clog). They had a technician to the house within 2 hours ON A SUNDAY. The tech was very professional, informative and friendly. Strongly recommend Cactus Plumbing if you’re looking for a reliable option. Will 100% be calling them in the future for any additional needs. Definitely taken advantage of plumber, said this could take a lot of work to resolve and it was resolved and 2 minutes and still proceeded to charge $250. This is very dishonest work as I had let him know I had a guy who could come out and get it resolved for around $130 but we felt we couldn’t wait an extra day. This will make me never use this company again in itself. As it seems it’s more a cash grab than actually helping folks.
