Kyle came to our home to fix our air conditioning. We have had several other companies out to fix this problem, but Kyle came and worked diligently in the heat and into the early evening until the AC was fixed. I am very grateful to him because today it is supposed to be 118 degrees. Service: A/C system repair

I've been SOOOOOOO happy to have found Fact HVAC this year. We had an HVAC company for a number of years that we trusted and counted on...but, the owner suffered a serious injury and closed down. We went through a couple of other companies until we discovered Fact HVAC -- such a relief to again have a "go-to" HVAC company that we can rely on to be super responsive, perform excellent work and that is priced fairly. This is especially essential, IMO, in Arizona...even more so during this insane heatwave...but it is also so valuable to not have to go into a panic wondering who to call, and worrying a out how much they might rip you off and do shoddy work. Thank goodness for the techs at Fact -- because working out in this heat is unimaginable to me, but Kyl has been out to our place first to do a seasonal system check/tune-up and coil cleaning in Spring, and now today to flush out a blocked drain line that had flooded into the house....all because wasps found a way in to build a nest tha

Our 3 year old Trane system was not keeping our home well balanced. Many hot and cold spots. These guys came out and did a detailed analysis of the system and current balance and offered a reasonably priced approach to balance the system. Install was on-time and professional.
