Service Pros Plumbing Heating & Cooling

We use Service Pros at our school for air conditioning and plumbing needs as they do it all. The technicians are professional and willing to explain what they are doing. Based on this experience, I asked them to perform seasonal maintenance on my two home units. Rodney checked everything with recommendations of what else would need done. Only one unit needed cleaning but it sits under an ash tree. The other unit was in great shape. Not bad for 10 years. These guys really care!! Bob took the time to explain and show me my A/C issue and did the repair in about a hour. We used service pros at my business as well and have had a great experience there as well.

I've lived in Tempe, AZ for close to 40 years and have never had a great experience with a plumber. I've resorted in using my Handy man John Austin ,Whose been great but a slab leak needed an expert and Mike @ ServPro(the team that dried my house up) told be about Bob Newsome and he's company Service Pros. How he'd been in the business for 30 years and ALWAYS took great care in making the homeowner happy (fair price). Since I had to pay for the Plumbing repairs and Mike spoke so highly of them, I called them and Tony was out that afternoon and told that a re-piping needed to be done on my Hot water line.. He would not repair a weak line under my concrete slab because it would FAIL again somewhere else.. He was direct with me..Stating that it was going to be a lot of work.
