After multiple bad plumber experiences, I finally found Abacus and have never looked back. They are honest, straightforward, and do high quality work. Just recently, we had a main line valve leak. Abacus couldn't get to us for 2 days, so we tried a different company that could come the next day. The other place quoted me $1,700 for this easy job so I sent them away. As usual, Abacus was worth the wait. They came today, fixed the valve in about 35 minutes, and charged their hourly rate plus parts for a total of $214. Abacus responded same day to repair a leak on my main water line. They were professional and did a great job. Jesse was willing to help and also repaired my outdoor faucet. Jesse was very meticulous when putting my yard back together. I have had other plumbing and household services in the past where companies leave a mess.
