Tucson Plumbing

We have used Tucson Plumbing for several years and they have always been as prompt as possible in scheduling, and prompt in arriving. The service from the various plumbers has been great with explanations of what needs to be done and the quality of the work has been quite satisfactory. Service: Toilet repair

I called yesterday, 4/27/23, and made an appointment with Ron to have a new garbage disposal installed. He said "Ben" would be at my house today, 4/28/23, between 12 and 1. At 2:15 no one had shown up and no one had called, so I called. Don't remember who I spoke to but he said that they are very busy today and running behind. He said they would call me shortly to give an estimate when they would be here. I don't get a call until a few minutes after 3pm, not from "Ben" but another person I think he said his name was Jesus.?? He said he would probably be another hour or so, which that is way later than I had scheduled for and now would be too late. I told him that my appointment was with Ben and he said they must have switched it to "Ben" because he (Jesus?) was so behind. I said no, I was told yesterday when I made the appointment that it would be "Ben coming. So, I did not use their service due to poor scheduling, and lack of communication to let me know what is going on. I

He described the order and scope of the 4 items we needed fixed. Twice there was an opportunity to charge more and twice Ron and Chris came up with cost effective options.
