Mark is absolutely amazing! In 2016 I was looking for an AC/Heating company to replace the one that "was working" when I bought earlier in the year (the AC worked) when I found out the gas heater portion was bad. I had several bids and settled on a company and let them know.... he was going to call me the next day with the finance company on the other line so we could get that part of it taken care of. He never called. So, my search continued. After finding Air Concepts and noticing they were a woman owned company and had a finance company set up, I called them and the owner came out. We sat at my dining room table and she went over everything with me... even answering questions that other companies just blew me off (I'm a woman, afterall). I made up my mind then and there. She went on her lap top and we got everything hooked up with the finance company and I was approved on the spot (I had no doubt).... I was just thinking when my tech left, that I really "trust" the whole team at Air Concepts from Karen who is the first, friendly and efficient contact when you call. You know you've called a "good place", things will get done right and has you at "Hello". Riz, my tech, comes up the walkway with a true confident smile, tools ready to fix any issue and explains whats going on, as my own son would. The leadership team who seem to have their hands and heads in every customers case, comfort and well being, are true professionals. A well run operation and I, for one, really appreciate their concerns and efficiency that keeps me trusting and comfortable.
