Second time using First Response. Had a great experience (with Ivan) the first time so I called them again as soon as my A/C broke started having issues. Brandon arrived on time, as promised, and was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue in a timely manner. He recommended an upgrade to a smart thermometer and I absolutely love it! It took a little longer to get Ivan out then I would have liked but with the weather being so hot he is just swamped. Kept me informed and cared about the cost which are both important points to me.
