We got home from vacation to a terribly hot house as our A/C had gone out. We called, not thinking we'd reach anyone the Sunday before Labor Day, but Matt worked expediently to get someone out to us. Ricardo was at our home within the estimated time frame. Not only was he punctual, he was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything he would do. I am surprised that the yearly fee of $199.00 does not include a filter. I was told to order one from Amazon and have it here for their next visit in the summer and they would install it. I have their product and must pay this to keep the warranty in place. I was surprised that my 'free warranty' cost me $199/month. Service: Heating system maintenance
