My RHEEM tankless water heating was leaking and thankfully was under warranty. RHEEM offered to replace the unit but I had to go through a PRO Partner and pay for the cost of labor. I searched the closest plumber companies and one of them was B&B Plumbing. After calling several companies, I decided to go with B&B. Robert came to my house within the time allotted and he replaced the faulty unit quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions. B & B handled the return and paperwork for the return of the faulty unit. Everything was done in 2 hours! I had an excellent experience with B &B Plumbing. Booking the service was super easy. I was emailed a quote promptly. They were able to remove my old fiberglass insert tub/ shower quickly and efficiently. They made sure to clean everything up from the demolition. They installed my new bathtub pretty quickly. Communication was excellent as well, both from the plumbers and the main office. The plumbers were clean, kind, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
